Dry Clean City

I had a very bad experience at Dry Clean City in Arlington. I took a suit to be cleaned and it was returned exactly as dirty, just put in a new bag. I paid $9 for a service that clearly wasn't performed. Furthermore, another item I left still had the sticker from the store where I bought it, proving it hadn't even been tampered with.
I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope they take these types of complaints seriously and improve their service, because this experience was disappointing.

I went here to ask them do dry clean on my jacket because it is an expensive stuff. However, they put it in the regular washing machine and damaged my jacket. Asked them for responsibility and they just want to give $50 back. It’s nothing to $600 jacket and I couldn’t get my jacket back like normal. This place should be closed.

I used this cleaners because it’s close to my home. I took 3 pieces of clothing to be cleaned and pressed . I had not worn any of the clothing. I went to take a picture of my dress as I plan to wear it next week for my birthday. My dress is damaged.
