My mom had services here a couple of years ago and had great service. She needed to go again and decided to go back to this clinic because of her previous post it I’ve experience there. It took several days of her calling to be able to make an appointment because no one answered the phone.Her appointment was today at 10am, but the establishment was closed, no one picked up the phone, and the voicemail was full. We left after 30 minutes of waiting and drove by again after an hour. The place seemed empty again. It’s bizarre that any business would have such poor professionalism when great service was a norm before. We pray everything is okay with Dr. Opara.

I use to have awesome experiences at this office. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone anymore, the voicemail box is always full, the one time they did pick up- I asked for their fax number so I could get my info transferred to a completely different location and he said "call back later" I did and no one answers! This is frustrating bc ya'll use to be a place I could trust to go to & care for me.

How can an optometrist do your exam but never be open so you can pick up your glasses that I’ve already paid for! I have went here 5 times! Two on the weekends and 3 different times late in the morning to afternoon! If they are not open then change the hours on the store! They have no one to pick up their phone and voice mail s always full! I am going to report them to my insurance and board! This is negligence for me and my children who can’t see at school!
