I'm not going to go into a long diatribe about this individual, because she's not worth the time to write one. I'll just say she has the personality of a rock and the customer service interest of....wait, she has no customer service interests. She over-bills for subpar services and bills for services she claims to have completed while refusing to provide proof of completion. I'll NEVER use this CPA again. Proceed with caution when considering her as your CPA. She's a waste of time and money and is only interested in gouging her clients for money. Although I gave her 1 star, she is really worth half a star.
