This IT company is one of the best I’ve ever worked with. They are prompt, professional, and extremely competent. They’re willing to give you extra assistance, and not try to just squeeze extra money out of you like other companies I’ve worked with. Matthew P. personally came to my office on a weekend, and spent the entire day getting my IT issues back in order. I can’t thank him or the company enough. I highly recommend!
Desert IT is always on top of it for me. Today, I sent in a ticket and Justin responded. He is so detailed. Not only do I know the resolution, he detailed the cause so in the future, we better know how to communicate with them so expedite resolutions. I always feel like they take the time to resolve my issues, even when they may seem trivial.
Desert IT really helped me out with setting up a new laptop for work! Devin was amazing and helped me set up and transfer all of files over successfully. They truly made a daunting process so seamless.
