I dropped off three computers with Brianna. She diagnosed them, ordered any parts needed and communicated with me through the whole process of just a few days. One was not economically feasible to repair, the others were completed in a timely manner for a fair price. I couldn't be happier and will return when needed. Also I used them previously and got the same five star service.
