After some extensive research in looking for a reliable tax preparer, I came to Compass Tax knowing I had A LOT of work to do, as my previous tax preparers were not very dependable. I gave Amparo a chance, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. It turns out my previous years taxes going back almost 5 years weren’t filed, and all along I assumed that they were getting done. Amparo spent nearly 5 hours with me fixing everything (one of those hours we were on the phone with the IRS), she walked me through my taxes explaining everything along the way, and even gave me tax advice.
