Builders First is the only place that had the baseboards I was looking for. Emiliano was very responsive over email and offered me several options to help me make an informed decision. As a new customer, the billing representative met with me on a video call to confirm my identity. That went quickly without issue. The materials were delivered the next day. When I told Emiliano about damaged pieces, without delay he arranged delivery of replacements. I highly recommend Builders First!

I only needed a few feet of baseboard to match the baseboard my builder installed (this is where the builder got it). Was treated well and got it at a price that would beat a big box store (if they carried the same style).
