The patient care here was PHENOMENAL…today is what I’ve always envisioned patient care to look like! From Dr. Hopkins Orthopedic surgeon, to the nurses Erin and Shiela (pre-op) to the tech Annette, patient advocate Sharon, Dr. Solby the anesthesiologist, to her PACU nurse Coleen were hands down some of the best I’ve encountered in healthcare. Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital - Arlington , a huge thank you to everyone who took care of my girl today! We were blown away by the compassion, care and thoughtfulness of everyone we encountered.
