I had gone by the Vision Source office to make my appt. The front desk associate was very helpful. She had me call my Dr to get the referral, which was done quickly . The staff that ran the eye test, Dr Tracy Troung, and the staff that helped me choose my new eyewear, were thorough and professional. Very personable .
