Very polite and great service. They listened to my wants and wishes as far as Almond shaped and on the thin side along with the paint design I liked most. The under side was cleaned of old nail. All great work!

First in for most, the only reason I went to this shop is because I’ve seen their sign out on the corner that said full set $18 & refill for $12. Originally I was going in to just get one nail fixed but I also wanted to take my old set off to get a new set because my nails were growing underneath. So I didn’t see nothing wrong with getting a whole new set. In the process of Annie Cutting my old set and taking the nail off (as they do with another nail ) she was really rough. She tore my nail and made me bleed a little . She didn’t say I’m sorry or go wash your hands for a min and put pressure on it or nothing. I took it upon myself to do so . I gone here a few times and is ok at best. One time I went and she said she was busy and an appointment was coming in at 6pm (she was closing at 7pm) but she said come back in 20 minutes and will have a technician available to do my nails. So me and my sister let's and came back and it was still the same people there when we left! Her 6pm never showed up! So she rushed to do my nails and in the process she cut my cuticle and fingers multiple times with the hand drill. Not good. Another time I went there and she was not busy at all and she was more diligently on my nails this time around. She did do a much better job this second time around.
