Now who do we call? Chase and Andrew came out to my house to perform the winter maintenance on my AC unit. They are very efficient, friendly and they know exactly what they are doing at all times. In the past I have had Alden Air install a new AC unit in my home. It has worked beautifully and I have saved quite a bit of money with it's efficiency. I will never let anyone else touch my AC!! I have been a customer of Alden Air for over 10 years.
The tech arrived in uniform and on time. He checked both units and reported that both units were working properly. He also replaced one of the filters and said that the other one was still clean. He was very professional and we will use Alden again in the future.
Probably the only ac company left that has integrity. They will actually fix things and give you honest advice, without the typical high pressure salesy hvac shenanigans. I would recommend them to anybody!
