Thermostat decided go out on coldest day. Called Air Clinic as they installed unit approximately 10 years ago. Explained problem to them and they sent, I think it was James to check it out. His perseverance crawling in and out of attic checking different possibilities paid off. He found thermostat to be bad. He explained that the stat had been superseded by a newer version and had to get one. He returned very quickly with a new one and also told me it was still under warranty. Needless to say it was a blessing when the heat kicked on. Thanks to all at Air Clinic for the professional and timely care taken. Again thanks for being here. I highly recommend these pros.

15 years ago, I purchased a central heat and air system from Air Clinic and wore it out. I purchased my second system a year ago, and once again, professionalism, quality, and excellent service from the front desk to the installers is excellent. I’m on a maintenance program with them And I will always rely on Air Clinic because of their business practices

Jose H provided exceptional service, driving to the parts supply warehouse before they closed for several days during the Christmas holidays. This meant we didn't have to wait 5 days without heat. He is our HERO. I highly recommend Air Clinic. I have used them before, and they impress me every single time with their customer service. 5-stars.In 2019 I said: Ben S is a super technician. I signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. Best deal in Metroplex. And the techs do NOT make commissions by selling you unneeded services.Just completed another annual inspection and Alberto was extremely competent and helpful.Service: HVAC system maintenance
