This salon is transitioning its name to Abram Salon & Spa; although I don't know why or much more details. Few, if any, of the stylists listed in previous reviews are still there. For such a large salon, they really don't have many stylists and it was practically dead during my appointment last week. Anyway, that may have nothing to do with my rating. I had an appointment with a "master stylist" so my expectations were pretty high. My hair was very long and one length. I explained to the "master" that I wanted butterfly layers and length just below my shoulders. Terrible customer service. I took my daughter for a haircut. She has 3c curly thick hair. Asked for someone who had experience with that hair. Autumn was fantastic so if I could just rate her I would give her 5 stars for her honesty and dealing with a scheduling issue. I was told we would be called back for a free hair cut with the manager who knew how to cut curly hair. I never got a call, I had to call three times! They scheduler called me to schedule the appointment and I never heard from the manager. Extremely terrible customer service, and it's sad they last 3 clients. My mom and me both liked getting our hair cut there. After that experience I won't be back .
