Tim as my inspector was a great experience! He is prepared, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was patient to point out things to me and give me remedies. He was patient also in going through the final report. He was extremely prompt in getting this report out to me and necessary parties. The expertise in his profession is what I paid for but being personable is the bonus!!!Update: I used this company for a 2nd time in just over 5 years. Elliott performed my inspection this time. My 5 star review stands! Very easy to work with, patient, informative, and accommodating.
