Steven's communication is terrible and he is not concerned with your time. His work is acceptable but just be prepared for days without responses and promises on completion dates that were not met by a long shot. If you have a small project it may be what you have to put up with to get work down here but make sure you have a lot of time to wait and wonder if/when he will complete his task. Waiting for him to complete work on a rental property was very stressful for us.

Hands down the nicest contractor you'll ever meet and he's a perfectionist through and through. I've worked with Steve over the years and he will do everything he needs to do to get the job done right.

We had Steve and his crew replace some old windows and remodel which included some framework and siding.We couldn't be any happier with the quality of work. These guys know their craft and do things correctly. Once they're finished, they cleaned up and hauled everything off.Service: Remodeling
