When I first drove up, the tech seemed preoccupied. I proceeded to ask questions and he would give me one word answers not too friendly. He finally loosened up at the end of the service and explained things a little bit better and in depth as I asked him questions about the transmission and other services. He was very informative, and professional.

Would have given 5stars but the mechanic left the drivers side door and carpet full of GREASE. Took it back the next day and he cleaned the mess he made. Otherwise a positive rating. Would have been 5stars but you left it filthy
