Had a great experience with Freedom RV Service. After getting to the RV park, I realized I had no power in my RV. Found the technician in the park and he came by and took the time to check everything thoroughly, even as the park staff was looking into it. He found the problem was the converter and luckily had one on hand.
Since my RV is still under warranty, he explained the process and made everything easy. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt confident my RV was in good hands. Highly recommend!
We arrived in Port Aransas after driving from the Black Hills of South Dakota and our air conditioning went out. It was 90 degrees in our trailer. They got it fixed right after we called. The service representative-Mikael did an outstanding job coordinating the job.
Put a new awning fabric on for us. Called them on Saturday and they answered the phone. Wow. I was not expecting that. So asked them if they could do the fabric ( I prepurchased it) and they set it up to be done on Monday. Super great people done when they said and done right. Also price was reasonable. Thanks
