I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR HEALTHCARE ANYMORE I was recently notified after seeing them since 2018 that I can no longer come to this office because of my unprofessionalism on 03/25. to explain this situation I was supposed to get a prescription transferred from one of my specialist doctors to Tracy to write. when this was discussed no notes were made so when I called in for my refill they wanted me to come into the office. Keep in mind that I have never had an issue with this office. I noticed I ran out of my prescription on Saturday night and this medication helps me sleep because of my ptsd and insomnia from serving in the military. when I called in they told me I had to come into the office and keep in mind I was going on 2 nights of no sleep already. but they couldn't get me in until the following morning and of course after not sleeping for the 3rd night I fell asleep and woke up 2 hrs later which put me 15 minutes past my appointment time. when I called in and told them what happened they told me I had to pay 20 dollars extra for missing my appointment. now on top of everything else I have been put on disability and am barely making ends meet. I told the lady on the phone that I didn't have enough money to pay that plus my copay and be able pay for the prescription. they told me there was nothing they can do because it is their policy and the only one who can do something about it is Tracy or Michael but they don't come in until Thursday. when I asked if they could message them or something because I had only slept 2 hrs which was that morning in 3 nights after trying every over the counter thing I could think of they said they could lose their job if they didn't abide by what Tracy and Michael placed. I pleaded with them and raised my voice and said something I usually never throw out that I was busy serving my country and have this issue that was supposed to be transferred on my last visit. I finally gave up and said if they could have Tracy call me so I could talk to her about my experience at least, she never did. I received a letter today stating that I could no longer come into the office due to my unprofessionalism on that Tuesday. luckily I contacted an actual doctor that I had seen for yrs before moving to Anna and they took care of me via telehealth. I was emotional and crying and now wish I wouldn't have never recommended family and friends to go see this doctor's office. this was all over 20 extra dollars I didn't have and didn't even bother to call me. I have never given them attitude or raised my voice the yrs I have seen them. I have always treated them like friends and family. This is so wrong and I am writing this so that no one else will ever have to go through what I went through. sad I really thought they cared π πͺ Goodluck and I pray no one has this happen to them.
Very personable! Tracy listens and truly cares about you! I had some other issues where I had to see a different Dr for a bit, but will soon return!
