DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I began using G&M Pest control about 1 year ago because of an ant problem inside my home. After the initial $250 treatment, the ants returned. They said I could sign up for a maintenance plan where they would treat every 3 months for $100 and there would be NO CHARGE for any additional treatments if the ants returned between 3 month treatments. The treatments never seemed to work for very long because the ants always returned between treatments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I began using G&M Pest control about 1 year ago because of an ant problem inside my home. After the initial $250 treatment, the ants returned. They said I could sign up for a maintenance plan where they would treat every 3 months for $100 and there would be NO CHARGE for any additional treatments if the ants returned between 3 month treatments. The treatments never seemed to work for very long because the ants always returned between treatments. On November 23, 2021, the ants returned and this time Gilbert said he would have to "dust the attic" because this was an on-going problem. This resulted in an additional $160 charge that I did not know was my responsibility and he did not disclose the price until after the treatment. To "dust the attic", he only stuck a hose in the attic and defogged for 5 mins! This time the ants returned after 1 week and were all over the kitchen after 2 weeks. I had cancelled my service agreement and asked for a refund of the attic dusting charge. Gilbert will no longer communicate with me.

Gilbert arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. He even took pictures and showed me exactly where the unwanted guests were getting in. Very courteous, reliable and honest!
