I first engaged with Dr Roe for spine care after moving to Van Alstyne and bit by off too much lawn and life!
He recommended conservative care and continued use of what I knew to help, yoga. I am now a certified yoga teacher and while I can prevent further damage, life gets lifey and that’s when I take the next step and return.
Their office is caring and professional and no one is trying to reel you in for flowery treatment plans. I always feel better later and most assuredly cared for. Thank you for being there!

First and foremost, Anna disc center has the most excellent people. Dr. Roe and his staff made me feel so welcome and at ease. The initial exam is very thorough which is the hallmark of a qualified chiropractor. I never recommend a chiropractor who does not insist on taking x-rays doing a full exam and taking the time needed to explain your results and course of action in detail.
The centers therapies are top notch, from decompression to ultrasound and the incredible matrix machine. My health, my sleep, and my overall quality of life has definitely improved since my first visit with Dr. Roe and the wonderful staff at Anna Disc Center! Dr Roe and team very professional. Dr Roe’s knowledge is unmatched along with his treatments for your issue. Have been to many Chiropractors over the years but would never consider seeing anyone else. Highly recommended.
