Friday afternoon I got a call by Roy with Angleton Air & Heat Services inquiring whether I had a/c problems. I said that is an understatement. I told him we used to have a company, which I would not want to mention just because I do not even remember their name. I will post later. The supervisor is called Ivy, she is a salesman, who has broken ETA and promises. You see we have a baby born and period between the time we invited a tech to diagnose to the time we fixed it and the dates, it took more than a week. Wayne is very honest and does a complete job without any loose ends. His rates are very reasonable. I will only use him going forward. He took several hours to replace a coil and other various parts. Refilled unit and checked pressures for over 45 minutes to insure the unit had balanced pressure before leaving.
This was not wasted time, but complete job well done!!!! Thank you Wayne!!!
