Arthur Smith is fantastic. I called and told him I needed new carpet for the house. We handled it all over the phone. I told him price range. He took it from there. It was done quickly and the carpet is fantastic. Since I have no sense of color, I have always rely on Arthur. Very happy!!! Very satisfied. I only deal with Witt because of Arthur.
