The local staff in Amarillo on Western are fantastic! The big issue I have is they do NOT care about the safety of their employees. During a snow event in the city that caused the city offices, county offices, AND school district to close, they are not allowing their employees in Amarillo or Hereford to get home safely. The big manager, Carmen, told them business as usual and anyone that leaves will be fired. I would stay FAR AWAY from this company!!!!

Unprofessional. They call you 10x a day even when you have already spoken to them that same day. Also call all of your references daily. No one wants to be bugged like that especially right after making a payment. They used to be helpful but now the two people that work there are so rude and disrespectful. Matt was helpful and friendly all the time now he’s not ever there and you can’t even speak to him.

Just called to see if I could come it for a loan and the lady could not explain herself at all about the loan. WRONG knowledge! On top of that she said her boss is the one that approves so he decided to take the day off cause he worked hard on Saturday! Well No excuses why would you be open for business then? Really poor service!! No recommendations for this place at all.
