Called yesterday for appointment for some plumbing issues. I was able to plan a day ahead to have them come out. Josh the tech was on time, knew what issues to address and started working. He had to leave to pickup the correct parts that needed to be replaced. When he was at part store, he reached out to the office to call me with a price. When I felt like I could get a better price at local hardware store, RotoRooter was fine with me getting my own part. Josh did the replacement and repairs. I have been using Roto-Rooter for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience with them. Everyone from the receptionists to the plumbers that come out to my house are always friendly and knowledgeable professionals who not only give you an estimate upfront and stick to it but are usually on time if not early. Steve and Fred showed up 45 minutes after I called. Showed them the problem, a leaking inlet pipe to water heater. They figured out what to do, explained it to me and got to work. 30 minutes later it was done. Looked good. Nice guys. Good work.
