I was initially intrigued about ROI after reading "The Golden Toilet" which outlined how to create system that attracts, captures, and converts customers instead of most websites which simply serve as internet billboards. I would encourage everyone to start with the book to understand what an engagement with ROI means. It's less about a fancy site and more about creating a system that works for your business (fancy site included). The team at ROI Online is fantastic! I just wrapped up a one-on-one phone consultation with Steve Brown and it was great. Steve was generous with his time and honest with his advice. The StoryBrand framework they employ is incredibly good at refining your marketing message.
