I had an amazing experience with trainer Heather at Proven K9 training during the two weeks they had my dog. From the start, she was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced. She kept me updated on my dog’s progress and made me feel confident that he was in great hands. When I got my dog back, I could see a difference in his behavior. He was more obedient, calmer, and listened much better than before. Heather also took the time to show me what my dog learned and explained how to continue reinforcing the training at home, which I really appreciated. I waited to write this review just so I can fully appreciate just how much my dogs training paid off. Let me just say one thing Laurence did AMAZING. I took both my dogs and he definitely had his work cut out for him when he met the heathen who did not want to train. But he did it and they’ve done amazing. I can take to outside events, parks, and just socialize them amazingly now. They no longer run out uncontrollably, they listen when called, and honestly they’ve become outstanding animals. Whenever I have any questions or issues Laurence has responded and offered help and much needed advice.

Laurence was such a great help not only in building my dog's confidence but mine as well. From the moment I dropped her off, I knew she was in good hands under his care. He loved her as his own and I am so grateful for the time and effort he poured into her. While she knew basic commands, she would only sometimes obey them with me. The reinforcement and repetition he provided her, showed her what is expected of her no matter who is asking. My dog is quite fearful and he worked on her socialization - something that brings me great anxiety. Even after seeing her after week 1, I could already tell she had grown so much.
