Clean!!! This dealership is clean!! The lot, the sales, parts, service offices and the drivers lounge are very nice! The drivers lounge has plenty of comfortable seating. Free coffee and showers and some vending machines.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.... I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about this facility or the people who work it... If you have to deal with a broke down truck, this is the place to it...
I came in first thing in the morning with derate issues. Jody checked me in and gave instructions on where to park. He was very professional and courteous. It took a while to diagnose the problem But they fixed the issue and I made delivery on time. Mario and his team do a great job.
I bought quite a selection of parts from Freightliner in Amarillo and I had an overhead run on my dd16 and I had no problems with any of it. I went four stars because Premier Truck Group has a very high hourly rate but that is becoming standard unfortunately. I used Premier truck group of Knoxville and that place was a joke compared to Amarillo. Knoxville was rude and ripped me off like crazy whereas Amarillo was very upfront and did exactly what they said they would do. If you need dealer services for a Freightliner or Western store I would recommend them.
