Pilates in Amarillo

Custom Fitness of Amarillo Personal Training Studio

3333 Coulter St S C8, Amarillo

Mon 5AM - 7:30PM

“I came in with significant shoulder pain and very limited range of motion. I tried to rehab it on my own for about 6 months, and it only got worse.

Kris built a program and adapted it as my mobility and pain levels improved. I have zero pain now and better range of motion than before the injury. Their custom approach is what finally made the difference for me.

I’m training beyond the rehab now, and the gains continue to show up in my runs and strength work.”
