If you have ever gone to the emergency room and waited for hrs, well this location is just the same way, with appointment scheduled! If you come in without an appointment, it may take twice as much.. With a walk in, they will have you jumping around from one person to another to see who wants to take you.. location is clean but they need to work on time management big time!

I asked for a fade and the lady didn't listen... I also told her to not cut a lot of my hair and she cut 3/4 of it. I hate this place because they rush to finish. I Wouldn't not recommend this. Pay more money instead and don't listen to the good reviews cause this place sucks. 0/10
