The couple times we’ve been there it has been nothing but amazing. The first was a 911 with our cat and they responded quickly with us dropping in- with care and patience- got him the urgent care he needed and fixed up! Our newest pup has some allergy issues, they got him in pretty quickly on a Saturday. It was his first time there. He is an American bully which most people are uncomfortable with. When we arrived a tech greeted us and treated my pup like best friends. Made him comfortable and settled his nerves. The tech in the room also treated him so kindly. This clinic has been so good to me and my pets. Very caring veterinarians and staff. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly care about our pets well being.
We have been using Noah’s Ark for the past year, the very first time we had to go was for one of my dogs having an allergic reaction, the staff stayed open late to ensure Oliver was taken care of. Since then we have been there for routine appointments, emergencies and even for major surgery. Our last visit being surgery for my 16 year old dog, Annabell, Dr. Stone and the rest of the staff took wonder care of Annabell, they listened to my concerns and any request I had.
