“While I have been going to Bnails for a long time.. yesterday I took my mom and daughter. She was excited to get her halloween gel nails. I called to make an apt and made sure they had my daughter down for gel. I asked the front to make sure they said yes, also reiterated to the tech... They took my daughter to the other side. when she came back they did full designs in regular polish. My daughter is shy and doesn't speak up.. when she showed me I was not happy. We didn't have another 45 minutes to wait to be redone.. while usually it's great.. i didn't feel like they cared at all or even tried to offer to fix it. pretty disappointing.. needles to say they have already chipped..?“

Everything turned out flawless with zero hiccups or damage. Her attention to detail was on point, and I felt completely taken care of the entire time.

The salon itself has such a relaxing vibe. The temperature inside was just right, soft music was playing in the background, and the overall atmosphere was super calming. They even offered drinks like Sprite, Coke, and water to make sure I was comfortable throughout the service.

If you’re looking for a clean, chill, and professional spa experience, I highly recommend Nu Day Spa & Salon. Five stars all the way!

Came back in today for a redo from the day before, and they immediately set me up with my usual tech, Sí, and this is exactly why I keep coming back here.

She completely transformed the set. She took her time removing everything gently, was locked in the whole time, and instantly knew how to elevate the look beyond the reference I showed. The darker red and stronger chrome were perfect, and the gunmetal grey was such a clean choice. It went from good to exactly my style.

What I really appreciate is how easy and comfortable it is to get things adjusted here, no stress, just professionals who clearly care about the end result. I’m always happy with Sí’s work, and today was no different.“
