Mike recently helped my mom and I and he is an absolute jewel. My mom suffers from stage 1 dementia and he was very patient and understanding with both of us. He helped us tremendously. I cannot express my gratitude for Mike and what disaster he helped us from encountering, so quickly
I called Mike about a replacement of a CPU cooling fan I had purchased and wanted him to replace on an old HP laptop. He came to my house and picked the laptop up and quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. He had the laptop back to me within 2 days. When another issue came up with the latest version of Windows 10 and my older laptop he again came and picked it up and resolved the Windows 10 issue. I don't give out a 5 star review very often but absolutely give it to Mike.
