Garrett was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Explain the situation to him and within a couple minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. Ran and got the part he needed it and had us up and running within an hour or two. Very professional best part is when he left it looked like he was never even here.

I had outdoor faucets that haven't worked in years. I couldn't turn the knobs. I procrastinated to get them repaired because I was concerned about cost and how long the work would take. Daniel Hawley and his helper (sorry I forgot his name) from Frank's Plumbing came out, assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote on repairing all three. They were able to do the work the same day in a short period of time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I very much appreciated them and their professionalism.
