It’s true, the customer service there both in person and over the phone needs some work, however I am pleased that they were able to shorten the hem of my dress within a few hours with same day pick up at a fair price.

I’ve been a long time customer. Was turned away by the owner for having 7 shirts needing altered. Was told it was too many as it’s prom season. And although it’s spring break. Wouldn’t it make more since to take care of repeat business than once a year service. And was willing to wait a couple weeks for service. Instead to be told absolutely No. I already found a great service and accepted approximately 3 weeks turn around.

Been taking my clothes to them for about 15 to 20 years. Have to have all my scrub pants and jeans altered. Never been disappointed. They are good about altering the way you want it done.
