While I have been going to Bnails for a long time.. yesterday I took my mom and daughter. She was excited to get her halloween gel nails. I called to make an apt and made sure they had my daughter down for gel. I asked the front to make sure they said yes, also reiterated to the tech... They took my daughter to the other side. when she came back they did full designs in regular polish. My daughter is shy and doesn't speak up.. when she showed me I was not happy. We didn't have another 45 minutes to wait to be redone.. while usually it's great.. i didn't feel like they cared at all or even tried to offer to fix it. pretty disappointing.. needles... read full review

First time at this nail salon wonderful experience amazing people ! And the lady that took care of me moon was exceptional very gentle and always asking how I am doing and making sure I am satisfied 100% RECOMMEND !

Minh was great! I needed a basic pedi. The soak, scrub, filing, & massage were perfect. My polish looks awesome for a wedding we will attend on Saturday. I've had some less than satisfactory experiences in the past year at other salons so I believe I have found a pedi home. Thanks for the good experience & keep up the great work!
