While I have been going to Bnails for a long time.. yesterday I took my mom and daughter. She was excited to get her halloween gel nails. I called to make an apt and made sure they had my daughter down for gel. I asked the front to make sure they said yes, also reiterated to the tech... They took my daughter to the other side. when she came back they did full designs in regular polish. My daughter is shy and doesn't speak up.. when she showed me I was not happy. We didn't have another 45 minutes to wait to be redone.. while usually it's great.. i didn't feel like they cared at all or even tried to offer to fix it. pretty disappointing.. needles to say they have already chipped..😒
