I had a great experience at Balfour. Im new to Amarillo and I'm really happy I found a great optical office right away. Took care of all my concerns and put me on a path to have everything repaired as soon as possible. Dr. Fitch was very clear and explained everything to me so I understood exactly what the problem is and what will have to be done and referred me to who he said is the best surgeon in town. I feel much better about everything.

They were all very sweet people! Answered any questions I had and they also were really great at explaining what they were doing. I enjoyed my exam ? Doctor Hollingsworth was great he also took his time to explain his findings and assure me! Highly recommend Balfour!!
For starters I am going to say that I was very impressed with the treatment that my daughters both received at Balfour optical. So I decided to tell my husband to go and then I decided to go as well. From the beginning we all received excellent care and a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALISSA, you are super amazing,patient and supportive for helping myself and my daughters pick the most perfect glasses. ?
