Good experience with this company. Outages were not frequent for us. Customer service was helpful. When a cheaper provider opened up in our area, they price matched and we stayed with them. The coolest thing about this business was there was some discourse over a credit I had been offered that disappeared from my account. We were on our way out as customers because we had to move so I prepared myself that they might not honor what they offered. But they did! After it was figured out they reapplied the credit and refunded the charge made in error. I always appreciate and respect an honest business. Thank you AW.
