I always get great service at Ace. I had to get a faub replaced. They had the correct one on hand for my 2013 car, they programmed it for me, and it was 1/3 the price of the dealership!

Ace always treats me right…they are fast and knowledgable. I actually like coming here because of its old school vibe. A small shop, well-used, lock and key paraphernalia EVERYWHERE, and two or three dudes just workin’, not saying much.

We had lost our only key fob to our vehicle, and when I did research on what to do, I found out that we needed to go to the dealership.
Mazda of Georgia tried to say we needed to buy two key fobs and have the car towed to the dealership. The tow, buying two key fobs, and having them programmed would cost over $600.
We sought other alternatives and, luckily, Ace Lock & Key was literally right down the street. They were friendly and offered to have a technician come to our house at our convenience for a fraction of the cost. The technician was incredibly nice and professional. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes!
