THIS PLACE IS SO RUDE! They called to collect a payment and literally started harassing me by 3 different accounts managers including the general manager Henry ! I will be taking legal actions into this matter.

They don’t do anything over the phone or electronically which is weird in today’s times. They will tell you to mail a letter and a check. They do remove things from your credit report which is nice.

The staff is extreme rude and kept hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They reported way more then I owed to trans union so now it in my credit and I had no clue I was even gonna he turned into collections. This company is a JOKE!
