I had a great experience with Western Finance and Susie was professional and friendly. Good qualities I look for in a business. I highly recommend Western Finance in Alvin TX.
My only recommendation is being able to deposit our check to a debit card, rather than going to a different bank which charges us extra fees to cash check. Due to my bank is not local so we are forced to cash at another bank. Very expensive, especially when you are already budgeting. I hope for paperless loans
I had an excellent experience getting a small loan through Western Finance. Susie was absolutely wonderful to work with - she was incredibly nice and made the entire process fast and smooth. She took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood all the details, and her friendly approach made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. Susie’s professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out. I would definitely recommend Western Finance, especially if you get the chance to work with Susie.
