I am nothing but pleased with UTMB Alvin. Everyone was friendly. I got in faster than I ever have at any other doctor's office. Dr. Dhamotharan was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made me feel like she genuinely cared. I love that they do bloowork in house. I got some of my results in less than 24 hours! I'm a very happy first time patient and will absolutely continue with Dr. Dhamotharan.

They can never do anything for me and almost always send me to the ER. When I go to the ER, I get crazy looks because they’re wondering why the urgent care couldn’t do anything. This is more of an “extended hours” clinic rather than an urgent care. All they can do is test you for flu, strep, and Covid and put a band aide on you.

This is the best clinic to go to. All the doctors i seen gives me different opinions. I told several doctors the same thing and one of them said i need to see a sleep doctor. And another one said i need to see a lung specialist after telling them the same information. And the ones at the er have different opinions too. So before making a negative review, just know that all the doctors you seen will have different opinions about what you said. Its hard. But keep at it! And quit blaming the clinic! This place is getting low scores because yall are blaming the wrong people/sources!
