We always choose Canine Castle to board our dog! She’s unsocial so they’re amazing at taking her out without any other dogs around. She loves going there, and we love that she comes exhausted and clean after her “royal bath” haha. Highly recommend! Such friendly staff as well.
This is our third time boarding our dog with Canine Castle and every experience has been wonderful. Our pup always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime, which tells me he has the best time while there. I love that they post daily updates with pictures on social media—it gives such peace of mind while we’re away.
The booking process is simple, and I also really appreciate that all dogs must be up to date on vaccines. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond when Simba arrived with an injured paw and needed medication while being boarded. Best boarding business in the S Houston area comprised of a group of folks who don’t just feed and walk their 4-legged clients but love and play with each one as if they were their own. My dog loves staying. They do daily online posts of the pets playing. Hilarious! And the spa bath—your pet will smell fabulous for weeks.
