Stopped by today and Keanna was very good, she greeted me and sat me right away, there was no wait. Place was clean and organized. Her cut was precise and high quality. Gave her instructions and she got it right away, asked a few questions, then just ran with it.
UPDATE:Spoke with the owner and I'm changing my review to a 5 Star. It's clear that they care about customer service and I really believe that the situation was handled admirably.Desiree was horrible. She skipped over me even though I was checked in and waiting inside for 30 minutes. When I expressed my concern with the lapse in customer service she stated "I don't feel comfortable cutting your hair" and kicked me out of her chair and another stylist had to cut my hair. I come here regularly and Desiree has even cut my hair many times. I'm not sure what's going on here but get her out of there before you lose more customers. By the way, Leslie was AMAZING! Great location and staff except Desiree. Refused to cut my hair because I called her out for skipping over me even though I was checked in and in the store for 30 minutes. Very rude. Very hostile. Update 11/9/23 the owner was amazing and I really feel like he cares about customer service. I also think this is a one-off situation and doesn't seem representative of the usual amazing interactions that I've had at this location. Upgrading my review due to the amazing customer care.
