Jerry Collier Plumbing did a plumbing inspection and estimate for me when I was closing on my new house. They were above and beyond in terms of timing efficiency, professionalism, and creating a connection with the client.
I had a public registry set up for my housewarming party and was surprised to receive this gift from them to congratulate me on my new home, which is so thoughtful and kind of them. We have so many interactions with contractor companies that seem almost robotic these days, it’s certainly a breath of fresh air to have a company like Jerry Collier Plumbing that’s personable and makes us customers feel valued.
The morning I knew I had a plumbing mess on my hands I did a google search for a plumber in my area. The first one I called, Jerry Collier, had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumbers that came out worked hard to find my problem. I was given a very fair quote for a big job that no one hopes to have to deal with. Despite having to do some extra work after the digging started, Jerry Collier ended up honoring his initial quote and did all the work in a timely fashion. I was pleasantly surprised in the condition the yard was in after the completion of the work. Highly recommend.
