Oh gosh, where to start? I thought I had a good septic tank pumping company I've been loyal to for 16 years. I own/manage 14 rental properties on conventional septic tanks. My local company was 3 weeks out on pumping a tank. I called Hughes Pump out of Alvin and they got to me next day! They were sooo nice, kind, and cleaned both tanks without any fuss and rinsed them out to be sure they got it all! WIPES? No problem! If it's in there, they evacuate it! And they're LESS Expensive to boot! I now have a NEW septic pumping company!

Hughes Pump Service did a great job. The home office got me scheduled in quickly, the truck crew, Ray and Reynaldo, kept me apprised of their schedule and when they arrived they immediately went to work and efficiently got the job done. They also identified a stoppage in one of my inter-tank pipes and Ray gave me a number of great tips on how to get it fixed. I followed his advice and got it fixed quickly. I'm very grateful to them.

Ray was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I regret going with any other company. They will always be my number one go to for pumping my septic in my rv or any other septic needs. Fair priced and showed up same day I called. He even gave me a heads up when in route to the rv. Definitely 10/10!!!
