Went in today to get my wedding ring. Older lady was being so rude to me. Said “ y’all should not be getting married what so ever”. As well as, “my son went through this”. Her life is so miserable that she is telling me that my marriage won’t work out. I would give this place a 0 star if I could.

My boyfriend went in to get his wedding ring today and tell me why he came home telling me that this old lady that works there was saying “yall should not be getting married what so ever”. And “my son just went through this”. What does that have to do with me and my husband. It isn’t my fault your son can’t keep a marriage. This is so crazy to me. Won’t ever be coming back.

He fixed half of my clasp. I left my necklace for a week. When I picked it up he said I could bring it back to renew the other half of the clasp which means he noticed it was about to break. Of course I wanted the other half replaced.

I’ve done a lot of business here over the past 35 years but the lady at the front counter today was very abrasive and rude. Maybe she has some personal problems, but my goodness; be kinder to your customers. It’s all in the tone and delivery.
The owner and jeweler himself has always been helpful and polite.

Came here many times as a kid with my mom for small repairs or services, came in recently for a clasp that would unlock under small pressure. About 10 minutes later it was fixed and good to go! Such a treasure to have in the heart of Alvin.
