Charged us full price for services and never came back to finish! His main purpose for coming out was to help eliminate the crazy ant problem we had. He shows up, but tells us he doesn’t have the correct poison for ants, but will use what he has, it should work, but he will come back. To this day he has yet to respond back or come back out for the 2nd treatment. Will never use them again, hired someone else to come out!Services: Ant extermination
I scheduled a morning service. Called them after they were late and they said they had it for the afternoon and would come out at 4. Then they bailed again. Either they lied to me twice or just said didn't care. Horrible
Assured Pest Control did a great job. They were very responsive and set an appointment immediately to come out and inspect my home and assess my needs. He was very knowledgeable and helped me by providing me information about the insects, what to look for, and most of all prevention. They were also less expensive than other companies I have worked with in the past. I have now used them twice and will continue to work with them in the future.
