We had Acme come to clean tile grout in our new (to us) home that needed a lot of love. The previous owners failed to properly maintain the home and the grout was BLACK with filth in the high traffic areas.

Devin was wonderful. Very professional and courteous. Quick response time from initial contact to date of service. I work from home and he was very respectful of my need to work while he was cleaning.

The tile and grout look great! I can't say enough about how impressive the service was from start to finish. Would give more stars if possible. Will definitely call for service in the future. Definitely recommend!

Devin was absolutely amazing! I live in a rather old apartment building and was dealing with odor, dirtiness, and pet stains from raising a puppy. I gave him a call and he got me scheduled for a date and time that worked best on my end. He called me the day of 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm and let me know he was on the way. He did a walk through of the apartment, broke down the process, and got straight to work. He was done in an hour and I was absolutely wowed by the look and smell of the carpet. I am 100% satisfied with the services he provided, all at a very reasonable cost! Very sweet and hardworking guy. I highly suggest! Thank you, Devin!
