We've used Souther Air Mechanical for the last 3 years. Great company that will find ways to take care of the customer. Kyle was our service tech for our last call. Kyle informed me of why our HVAC RTU was leaking and the repair plan. Also Kyle reviewed and attended to another unit while he was here. Much appreciate his communication and attention to our HVAC needs.
Mom’s air conditioner decided to quit working so called southern air. It was after hours but they got someone out to repair the unit. Jose came and fixed it no problem. He was professional and got the ac unit running again. Will definitely be calling again for future service and/or repairs.
